Step ledge tackle body odor



In this post Vit4U Blog will provide tips / how to cope with and treat body odor.

Prior to the move to eliminate body odor, it is better you know in advance the causes of body odor, so the treatment process becomes more leverage. Because the odor problem in this body can not take for granted. In that sense, this body odor can make a missing person is confident and insecure.

According to Wikipedia, or bromhidrosis Body odor is the smell of bacteria / germs in the body. The bacteria are rapidly increasing in number due to the presence of sweat, so penhuraian become excessive sweating and skin cells apart. But sweat itself actually has no smell.

its causes , let's do it step by step:
 


* Eat at least a handful of basil leaves per day.
* Apply cucumber slices after every shower in the armpits and other body parts that smell.
* Always maintain a healthy weight, is recommended for more frequent bathing and wiping the sweat

        of the body that often.  
* We recommend cleaning the armpit hair / shaved so as not to trigger moist and smelly. 

* Replace wet clothing with sweat with a clean dry clothes.
* Consume foods that are fibrous and low in calories such as fruits and vegetables.
* Reducing the spicy food, fatty food and coffee (which contains caffeine).
* Use the form deodorant spray.
