PROTECTION OF AIR-FREE TRAVEL INSURANCE PREMIUM (Special Credit Cardholders Gold BNI)

There are 2 types of protection that can be enjoyed freely, namely: Accident Insurance and Air Travel Inconvenience Insurance.
Air Travel Accident
Is an automatic protection facility for BNI Credit Card holders who have an accident on the way air ticket when purchased with BNI Gold Credit Card. Coverage obtained up to Rp. 500 million


How to Claim
Send by fax (021) - 572-8800 or by mail to Unit Correspondent BNI Card Center Wisma 46 Kota BNI Lt. 38, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 1, Jakarta 10220:

    
* Copy / copies of ticket purchase with a credit card BNI Gold.
    
* Copy / copies of plane tickets
    
* Copy of ID / ID.
    
* A letter of request a complete claims with the data names and numbers BNI Gold Credit Card ..
    
* Letter from the hospital which contains details of diagnosis of the patient (if in the form of a copy must be  legalized).
    
* Letter from airline over the incident.
    
* Certificate of death.

Air Travel Inconvenience
Replacement facility that performed the transaction * BNI Credit Card holders during the discomfort of air travel, which purchased his plane ticket with BNI Gold Credit Card, until registration Rp.2 million. Categories discomfort of air travel as follows:

   
1. Flight delays (> = 4 hours)
   
2. Connection delay travel / transit (> = 4 hours)
   
3. Baggage delay (> = 48 hours)
   
4. Lost luggage (> = 6 hours)

* Criteria changed transaction is the purchase of goods / services are emergency or urgently needed by and for the card holders during the discomfort, such as: restaurants, hotels or clothing. BNI Card Center party entitled to reject the claim according to applicable policies.

Documents - documents that need to be completed in the filing of claims as follows:

   
1. Photocopy / copies of ticket purchases by using BNI Gold Credit Card
   
2. Photocopy / copies of plane tickets
   
3. Photocopy / copies of identity self / ID
   
4. Payment slip / purchase / sales draft is a very urgent purchases or other important needs at the time of the incident.
   
5. Original letter from the airline or a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) for the case of lost luggage, flight delays, travel delays and delays in connection baggage.
